About the Role

The Group Content and Social Executive is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality content across all brands, supporting marketing campaigns and building brand presence across social and digital channels

This role plays a key part in translating marketing plans into channel-first content, with a strong focus on driving traffic and conversion through paid and organic social activity, particularly across Meta platforms and into key e-commerce channels such as Amazon

This is a hands-on content role, requiring the individual to actively create, shoot and produce a high volume of social-first content, alongside collaborating with the in-house creative team

 

Role Position Within the Team

This role works closely with the wider marketing team to bring brand and campaign activity to life across social and digital channels

The wider marketing team retains ownership of campaign strategy, brand direction and key messaging, while the Content & Social Executive focuses on translating these plans into engaging, social-first content and channel execution

The role is designed to expand the team’s content capability and increase the volume, speed and effectiveness of social output, while supporting collaborative creative planning across the department

 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule and publish social media content across all brands, aligned to campaign priorities and direction set by the wider marketing team
  • Support the maintenance and delivery of content calendars across social channels
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice, visual identity and messaging across all platforms

Content Creation & Coordination:

  • Own the day-to-day creation and delivery of social-first content, including video, imagery and reactive content
  • Translate wider marketing campaigns and brand priorities into engaging platform-specific content
  • Concept, shoot and edit content independently using mobile and light production setups
  • Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to bring campaign activity to life across digital channels

Paid Social & E-commerce Support:

  • Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Develop content and creative specifically designed to drive traffic to Amazon and other e-commerce channels
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align paid and organic strategies for maximum performance
  • Monitor ad performance and contribute to ongoing optimisation and testing

Campaign Content Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign rollouts and social activations
  • Adapt campaign messaging and assets into engaging social and digital content formats
  • Support the execution of key launches, retailer activity and brand moments across social channels

Influencer & Partnership Activity:

  • Support influencer campaigns and content partnerships
  • Coordinate product send-outs and content delivery
  • Ensure alignment between influencer content and brand positioning

Performance & Optimisation:

  • Monitor social performance and engagement metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness
  • Stay up to date with trends, platforms and best practice, particularly within paid social and e-commerce behaviours

  • Internal: Head of Marketing & Creative, Senior Marketing Executive, Creative Marketing Manager, Brand & Campaign Executive, Creative Team
  • External: Influencers, content creators, agencies (as required)

 

Skills, Experience & Competencies

Essential:

  • Experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats
  • Proven experience creating content independently (video, reels, short-form, etc.)
  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and an understanding of paid social strategy
  • Understanding of how content drives traffic and conversion, particularly within e-commerce environments (e.g. Amazon)
  • Creative thinking with an eye for engaging, high-performing content
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience within FMCG or retail environments
  • Experience working with influencers or UGC content
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking for paid and organic social

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team within the FMCG sector. This role is responsible for delivering ambitious monthly sales targets, driving incremental revenue growth, and developing long-term commercial relationships with wholesale, distribution and retail partners

The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with commercial acumen, ensuring the sales team consistently identifies new business opportunities, maximises existing customer spend, and delivers profitable growth

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of B2B Sales Executives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Set individual and team KPIs aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service and continuous improvement
  • Recruit, onboard and develop new members of the sales team

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive incremental sales growth across existing and new customer accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within wholesale, retail, foodservice and distribution channels
  • Build strong commercial relationships with key customers and decision makers
  • Negotiate pricing, promotional activity and commercial agreements

Commercial Performance:

  • Experience developing new business alongside managing existing accounts
  • Excellent coaching and leadership capability
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience selling into retail, wholesale or foodservice sectors
  • Knowledge of licensing or branded consumer products

  • Ability to travel in the UK and abroad

About you:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
